Business Continuity & DOR Testing
Fully DORA-compliant training under Article 13(6) and Article 5(2)(g) DORA – available as Open Seminar, In-House Training, Webinar and SCORM-compatible E-Learning.
Overview: Business Continuity & DOR Testing
The Business Continuity & DOR Testing training covers two core elements of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA):
- Understanding ICT Business Continuity (BCP) within DORA’s operational resilience framework, and
- Executing DORA-compliant resilience testing, including scenario-based exercises, operational drills and lessons-learnt processes.
Under Article 13(6), financial entities must ensure that staff participating in continuity processes and resilience tests receive adequate training. Under Article 5(2)(g), the management body must ensure that business continuity arrangements and testing requirements are understood throughout the organisation.
This course provides practical, role-based guidance to ensure teams understand how continuity, testing and crisis-response functions interact – and how these disciplines support regulatory compliance and operational stability.
We offer the training in four fully audit-ready formats:
- Seminar
- In-House Training
- Webinar
- E-Learning (SCORM)
Why Do You Need Business Continuity & DOR Testing Training?
DORA mandates that financial entities regularly test their digital operational resilience through ICT-BCP exercises, scenario simulations, operational stress tests and post-incident reviews.

- activate and follow continuity procedures during disruptions
- participate effectively in DORA testing cycles (Table-Top, Simulation, Live Test)
- ensure data integrity and safe fallback procedures
- contribute to scenario planning and risk-based test design
- provide meaningful input to lessons-learnt assessments
- support management body oversight and compliance
- document all activities for audit and supervisory review
